In this guide, we're gonna go through an easy guide how to setup an e-mail for transcripts of cases.
First, you need to have an e-mail connected as one of your channels.
Once this is already done, go to Settings > All Channels and click the E-mail for sending transcripts button.
Now choose your connected e-mail that will serve as sender for the transcripts and save it.
So once this is saved, anytime you find a case worth transcripting via e-mail, just choose a case action Send transcript, fill in a receiver's e-mail address and click Send.
And from now on, you can use the functionality of sending a transcript to provide a whole case in a single e-mail.
