You have resolved a case and closed a tab, yet the post is still in your inbox? We will get rid of it together!
Go to the CRM/ case search and filter your name in the 'Inbox assignee'
Select the case you want to remove from your inbox and hit the 'unassign' button
And it's done! my inbox is now empty!
NOTE: When unassigning cases be careful not to assign some active case! for your own safety we recommend filtering the statuses of the cases (resolved/closed/trashed).
