This widget shows how many posts have at least one reply by agent, that means they are considered being responded.
In other words, unanswered posts are all those that don’t have a single reply from an agent on the entire post level.
Where can I find them?
You can Find these posts by going to the CRM Posts search and filtering the same date range you’re viewing in Reports. Then you can look for the posts that have a zero next to the message icon.
This icon displays the number of agent replies from an agent.
