Restrict access to the Search feature in the Care section on a per-role basis. Head over to Settings > Users > Roles and activate the Search permission for a role. Any user with that role has access to the search feature. Other users do not.
Grant user grace period for receiving satisfaction surveys
You are already able to set the probability of sending out a satisfaction survey at the closing of a case. What if you want to configure the time for a customer to not longer receive satisfaction surveys after receiving the latest one?
Under Settings > Satisfaction surveys > Triggers, you will find a new heading - Grace period - that enables you to do precisely that. Specify the number of days after receiving the latest survey before Brand Embassy sends out the next.
Disallow all case actions when the case has status 'closed'
After the case is closed the ' Case Actions' button will be disabled and you will not be able to do any additional operations, such as change the status or assignment actions.
