Create Dashboards in role settings
Give specific roles the ability to create custom dashboards. You are now able to authorize this feature on a role-by-role basis. Head over to Settings > Users > Roles.
View Permissions in dashboard settings
Select specific users to view your reports by configuring them under the edit menu of your private dashboard.

Case Search
Batch Actions
Case Search is not just a search anymore. You can now select desired cases from your search view and select an option to apply to all. For example, assign selected cases to another agent, set a specific status or un-assign them from an agent's inbox.
Status Filter
Our Case Search form offers a Status filter. you are able to search for Open or New cases, or any combination of case statuses that match your needs. Once filtered, they can be exported as well.
Don't see the option to export? Talk to your Account Manager for set up :)
Chat Window
New send button
We have introduced a new UI element to the chat window. If you want to offer your customers an explicit button to send messages, you can turn it on with a javascript command in your chat script. This is most useful for mobile users, where ENTER is not so obvious
