There is a small catch when setting up Auto-Responses with Intents. Before contacting our Support Heroes, let’s verify it :)
When configuring your Auto-Response with Intents, as opposed to the keywords, you need to fill in the Validation Question.
By default, there is a “Yes” and “No” example in the bubbles. If you don’t fill in these spaces, Chatbot will not recognize it as a valid Auto-Response.
Once you type in the desired text, it will light up blue. That is how you know it is ready to go!
It can be a simple Yes or No.
Or it is possible to customize it as you wish.
