Got a message that you would like to snooze for a couple hours? No problem!
This functionality works on inbound messages in status “New”.
You can turn it on in the settings/ Postponed Assignment. Choose the channels that should have snooze option enabled and set the delay time.
Don't forget to hit the save button on the bottom of the page!
Now find the snooze option in the post detail, right next to the case actions button and choose for how long should the message be snoozed.
The message will be set as snoozed and will be back in your inbox after the established period of time.
