Sure! There are two ways to do it.
You can either reassign the ongoing session to another agent:
Or you can forward the whole conversation to someone else’s email by choosing the send transcript options in the case actions. You can send the transcript at any moment of the session.
Enter an e-mail to which the transcript will be sent:
And a confirmation will be displayed once the transcript is sent.
The recipient will receive the transcript of the Live Chat session in his e-mail.
If desired, you can set up that your clients can also send transcripts of the session. To enable this option, go to Live Chat in the Settings section.
