A customer triggered the Chatbot into handing over a conversation to agents. But once the question was solved, the remaining concerns could easily be answered by a Chatbot’s flow.
Can I hand over back to Chatbot?
Yes, you can!
To hand over back to the Chatbot you need to set up the deeplinks in your chatbot builder.
Once this is done, you will simply see the flows to hand over too among the reassign options:
Once the agent assigns the flow, Chatbot will take over and lead the conversation :)
