To connect Chatbot to Brand Embassy is easy and do not require big IT knowledge. Simply follow these steps:
First, you choose to which channel will Chatbot operate. To do so, go to “Channels” under Chatbot in the Settings section.
And choose the desired channels to connect.
The next step is to authorize the link between Brand Embassy and your Chatbot. You will need to fill the form in “Chatbot Builder settings”.
For this step, go to the Chatbot Builder. You have two possibilities to enter it.
One is by the drop-down menu under Care.
And the other is once you are in the Settings section, this red bar is visible on the top of the page.
Once you are in the Chatbot Builder, click on the small arrow by your username and then into Account Settings. It will be visible the API key and secret needed for the Brand Embassy’s form.
Go back to our platform by clicking on “Back” and “Back to Care section”.
Now simply paste the API on the blank spaces and hit “Authorize Chatbot Builder”.
Once done, your Chatbot is successfully integrated with Brand Embassy platform. The last steps are to connect it with the channel you chose previously.
For this part, the first step is to Add a Chatbot. Go to Settings section within the Chatbot Builder.
And here you can connect it to your Facebook pages and/or Live Chat.
If you choose to Connect Facebook Page, and Log In to Facebook, it will be available all pages which you connected with Brand Embassy. Simply choose among those the ones you wish Chatbot to interact with.
For the Live Chat, clicking on Connect is all you need.
