Find the Custom Fields in the settings/ Custom Fields. Click create new CRM Field:
Fill in the Ident which is how is the field going to be identified in the database and Label that is going to show in your customers’ CRM details or posts.
There are three types of fields you can add:
- Most versatile of all a Text field.
- An E-mail type field to accept only entries in a valid email form.
- And a Drop-down list to choose from preset options. You just have to fill those in the form below.
If you create the CRM field for chatbot builder, make sure to set it as editable in order to save the data gathered by the attributes.
Once you have saved the custom field, you will be able to see and edit it in the CRM details.
