Would you like for your agents to be able to reassign cases to the Chatbot? Brand Embassy got you covered! :)
The Deep links allow you to choose the flow you want to hand over to the chatbot from your agent.
Simply go to Flow Builder in your Chatbot Builder, and choose the desired flow. Then, click on “Create link”
The link button will light up and if the chatbot is connected to your Facebook a URL link is created next to it.
Now if the agent wants to hand over to the Chatbot, all he needs to do it click on the conversation’s Post actions and choose to “Assign to somebody else”.
If you choose the Assign to the Chatbot, it will appear the selected flows.
By assigning it, the Chatbot will take over the conversation :)
