Now we can add users - select Agents. Click on ‘Add new user’, fill in the details, select role type (this automatically gives them the permissions you chose for their role), and save the new user. The agent will receive an email with login details.
Adding a new user
Once we have added the agents, we can add them to various teams based on the types of posts they work with. You will find this useful in the next section, where we set up the routing.
You can see that we separated the users based on the source platform and also all the users are Live chat team members.
