There are a couple of things that might be happening, let's walk through it!
1. Do you see this when you try to log in? Please reach out to your supervisor to set up the roles for you. They can do so in the Settings/Roles.
2. Do you see any error message or a blank screen?

If you can see these, the issue is most probably on your side. Please check with your IT. Try logging in on a different device, ask your colleagues if they experience the same issue.
