To connect Line to Brand Embassy you need to go to your Social Channel list and click on the “Line” button and choose to create a new channel.

You will be redirected to the following page:

To complete this form, go to the line developers page and login into your console. Choose the channel settings of your app.

Copy your App name and Channel ID into the Brand Embassy’s form.

Once you are done, your channel is set up and ready to sync posts into our platform. You will find it on your Social Channel list :)

Don’t forget to set up the permissions in roles and add the channel to the Intelligent Routing :)
