To connect Viber to Brand Embassy simply click on the “Viber” button in your Social Channels settings.
Choose to create a new channel and it will redirect you to the following page:
To fill the form, log in your Viber Admin panel and go to the info menu. Copy the token.
Then paste it to Brand Embassy’s form.
Once you are done, the channel is ready and syncing into our platform. Your agents may now engage with the customers :)
Don’t forget to set up the permissions in roles and add the channel to the Intelligent Routing :)
