"How can I see the performance of an agent who is no longer in the company? I need to have the actual Outbound Volume per agent but one agent is no longer in the company"
When an agent account is deactivated their profile is no longer available for filtering in the Report section, but agent’s data is still available ;)
All you need to do is to not filter the agents, as visible below:
Here we are filtering the agents available in the account, by choosing select all agents and the date filter for September. We can see the activity of all currently activated users.
To see the performance of the deactivated users, simply leave the agent filter empty.
And Voila! For the same time frame we can see 4 agents instead of 3 :)
