I tried to reply in Instagram but got the error message "Sending has failed. Your Instagram comment was not added - please verify its content"
This error message is sent to Brand Embassy directly from Instagram, as either your brand reached the maximum count of comments in a period of time or the content of your message is invalid.
What to do in such case?
Short version: Be more creative :)
Long version: Try one of the following tactics:
- try to modify your comment - change wording, rephrase it, etc.
- avoid using the same reply to multiple comments - it can be considered as "automated" reply
- avoid using too short replies, or replies consisting of smileys only
- try to use our Saved replies functionality
If this error persists, please contact our Customer Support Heros.
