The Activities report is a part of the Workflow reports. You can find it in the Analyse section as a Activities item. The report focuses on agent activity and their performance comparison.
You can see the total amount of how many posts have been assigned to other agents, how many have been trashed, how many posts have been reported and how many customers have been engaged in the chosen time period.
The Team activities graph shows breakdown of particular actions performed by agents while handling conversations. You can see how many replies have agents sent, how many approvals have they requested or approved, how many posts have they reported, trashed, and assigned to other users.
The Post efficiency graph highlights agents' ability to reach solutions with more customer by creating fewer posts. Number of outbound messages is compared to number of customers engaged.
The Agent activity table shows a detailed breakdown of each of your agent's actions while handling conversations each day compared to the amount of time spent logged into Brand Embassy.
Tip: You can set a time range of the reports to today, yesterday, week, month or custom time period with the calendar filter placed on the top right of the screen. The filter will apply to the whole report. You can also export all data from the report to the Excel spreadsheet form. Additional filters allows you to filter the report for specific agents, sources, sentiments, tags or status.
