Connect your real social accounts within minutes to handle requests from your online customers with Brand Embassy.
Choose Social Channels in settings. You can connect Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram and vKontakte accounts. Any account can be listened to (yes, even your competitors!) but you must have admin rights to respond on the page.
Select a specific social account and follow the instructions to grant Brand Embassy the needed permissions. Once the channel is connected, enable direct messages (available for Facebook and Twitter) and turn on Facebook replies to be sure answers will reflect Facebook conversation standards. In the right column, add all users who can interact with customers contacting you on that particular channel.
