Remember in the last article how we sent a message as ‘Escalated’? You can find it again easily in the Pending, Escalated, and Resolved folders on the left panel. Important case? Add it to your Favorites view to find it again quickly.
You can also create your own custom views by clicking the ‘plus’ button next to My Views. Adjust the filters to set it to your needs e.g., Facebook messages with the status Open.
Try using the search box to find conversations and customers faster. You can search by keyword or case number.
