Connect your social channels in trial

In the free trial of Brand Embassy, we offer you a playground to explore Brand Embassy's functionalities. To get even more from the experience, connect your social channels and try real-time customer service integrating all your social media channels, support e-mails and keyword-based monitoring into one unified workspace.

You can connect one or multiple of your company's social channel on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, LinkedIn or Instagram. Simply click on the icon of the channel you want to connect and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be asked to grant us permissions which help Brand Embassy working at its best.

Note: To connect your customer service e-mail or keyword-based monitoring please contact us through a simple form in the Settings.

Connect your real accounts

When the channel is successfully connected, we will show you a message highlighting, that you will now see real data in Brand Embassy. Actions you will perform in the Inbox will be now visible on your real account and you can start providing top class, fast and personalised customer service.
