Release Notes - 16 March 2016
- The design of the view and post details has been updated. The posts from customers are more readable and some action buttons were reorganized but functions have not changed.
- We have added a simplified view of conversations in the customer profiles. Conversations are shown chronologically between the customer and agent. You can switch to the view ‘conversations by cases’ as in the previous version.
Improvements and Fixes
- Optimized Live Chat so it continues when customer navigates to another page
- Fixed a bug that was causing Agent KPIs reports to load improperly
