- Filters can now be applied to customer conversations. These filters include sorting by channels, statuses, tags, users and sentiments. You can also change the order of the results based on relevance, priority or time.

- The reply box now shows paragraphs when using Enter key while composing the reply
- Performance improvements for faster post loading
